摘要:我国第四次分配制度改革正在进行中,工资构成中的绩效工资将承担规范分配秩序和搞活高校内部
分配机制的双重职能,其总额核定的是否科学合理,将直接影响到本次分配制度改革预期目标的实现程度,作
者从绩效工资总额内涵、理论基础、核定原则、核定方法等方面进行了综合研究。
