The standing committee of nanning municipal people' s cocity's planning area.
Article 3 the municipal facilities referred to in these regulations include:
(1) urban roads: urban streets, urban Bridges, underground passageways, elevated roads, tunnels and other places for vehicles, pedestrians, public squares and public parks:
(2) urban drainage facilities: rainwater pipes, sewer pipes, dark channels, open channels, drainage pumping stations and sewage treatment plants;
(iii) urban lighting facilities: lighting facilities of urban roads and public green Spaces and urban lighting facilities at night;
(4) ancillary facilities for municipal facilities.
Article 4 the municipal administrative departments of municipal facilities (hereinafter referred to as the municipal authorities) shall be responsible for the implementation of these regulations; Municipal engineering, urban lighting, urban Bridges and other municipal facilities management units are responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and daily management of municipal facilities.
The municipal facilities management departments of urban areas and development zones shall be responsible for the maintenance, maintenance and daily management of municipal facilities in their respective jurisdictions according to the responsibilities prescribed by the municipal people's government.
The departments of planning, construction, public security, industry and commerce, environmental protection and landscaping shall, within the scope of their respective functions and responsibilities, work together in the management of municipal facilities.
Article 5 the principles of unified planning, supporting construetion, coordinated development and construetion, management and conservation of municipal facilities shall be implemen ted.
Article 6 any unit and individual shall have the right and obligation to use and care for the municipal facilities according to law
