二、血虚
(一)病症

(1)选穴 风门、脾俞、胃俞、神阙、血海、足三里。
(2)定位 风门：见前。
脾俞：在背部，当第11胸椎棘突下，旁开1．5寸[与肚脐中相对应处即为第2腰椎，由第2腰椎往上摸3个椎体，即为第11胸椎，其棘突下缘旁开约2横指(食、中指)处为取穴部位]。
胃俞：在背部，当第12胸椎棘突下，旁开1．5寸[与肚脐中相对应处即为第2腰椎，由第2腰椎往上摸2个椎体，即为第12胸椎，其棘突下缘旁开约2横指(食、中指)处为取穴部位]。
神阙：见前。
血海：见前。
足三里：在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下3寸，距胫骨前缘一横指(中指)(站位，用同侧手张开虎口围住髌骨上外缘，余4指向下，中指尖处为取穴部位)。
(3)拔罐方法 闪罐法、灸罐法。神阙穴用闪罐法。余穴用艾条行温和灸，以皮肤感觉温热、舒适为度，后留罐l0分钟，每日1次，3次为1疗程。
三、本卷须知
(1)本病是一种常见的过敏性皮肤病，病原很难找到，对某些慢性荨麻疹较难根治，防止接触过敏原，并积极查治可能引发本病的原发病证。
(2)在治疗期间忌食鱼虾、海鲜等食品，多吃新鲜蔬菜和瓜果，多饮绿茶，保持排便畅通。
