本团队由来自国贸一班的五个成员组成。队长崔锦麟,成员龙凤怡,连嘉怡,朱斐琳和李晓容。本学期开展了一系列的活动来提高成员的英语素质。
本学期在扎实的工作基础上,合理的规划了各个成员的职责,明确分工,提高了办事效率,推动了团队活动的正常有序发展,通过制定内部量化管理制度和对外量化管理制度积极鼓励成员形成良好的素质,分工到个人,实行责任制。例如,PPt的制作,视频的拍摄,课文的主要讲演以及作业的安排通过分工完成。
通过交流经验和学****研讨会的形式,使成员的素质得到提高。例如,小组成员间经常交流商务英语考试和雅思考试的信息以及准备心得,使得大家的备考更加顺利有序。
深入实际,一切从实际出发,避免小组成员的空想。例如,组织大家观看经济学院活动经英之星,并在活动后对参赛选手的英语水平进行讨论研究从而取长补短。
The conclusion from team
Team consists of 5 members from class one of international economics and trade. The leader is cui jin lin. The rest are long feng yi, lian jia yi, zhu fei lin and li xiao rong. This semester the a series of activities have been carried out to improve the English quality of the members.
On the solid basis of work, I have made a rational planning of the roles of the team members and specific distribution of work to improve our working efficiency and facilitate the formal and orderly development of our team work. The members were also encouraged to form good quality by establishing internal quantified management system and external one. The work was allocated to the individual and the responsibility system was implemented. For instance , the making and the presentation of PPT, the shooting of the video and the assignment of the homework were all finished by distribution of work.
The quality of the team members was improved through the exchange of experiences and the study seminar.
