一、Whatisstrategicmanagement?
1、definition
strategicmanagement:isaprocessforanalyzingacompany’scompetitivesituation,developingthecompany’sstrategicgoals,anddevisingaplanofactionandallocationofresources(human,organizational,andphysical)thatwillincreasethelikelihoodofachievingthosegoals.
