摘要:本文指出了青年教师的教学方面的不足并对其原因进行了分析,进而提出提高高职院校青年教师教学能力的五项措施:①完善岗前培训工作,切实落实青年导师制。②合理安排青年教师的教学工作。③青年教师应加强备课环节。④听课是提高青年教师教学能力的有效途径。⑤加强青年教师的实践技能培养。
Abstract: This paper points out the young teachers' teaching deficiency and analyzes the reasons, and then puts forward five measures improving the higher vocational colleges' young teachers' teaching abilities: 1. perfecting post training work, earnestly implementing the youth tutorial system. 2. reasonably arranging young teachers' teaching work. 3. the young teacher should strengthen prepares for teaching. 4. listening is an effective way to improve the teaching ability of young teachers. 5. strengthen the training of practical skills of young teachers.

0引言
师资队伍建设是学校发展建设的核心[1],青年教师是高职院校教师队伍的一个重要组成部分,是高职院校教师队伍的骨干和后备力量,是学校可持续发展的生力军,是学校事业发展的希望和未来。因此,青年教师教学能力的高低乃至成长的好坏与否直接影响着学校的发展后劲。笔者对当前高职院校青年教师的基本状况做一简要的分析,并就如何提高青年教师的教学能力做初步探讨。
青年教师具有专业理论基础较为扎实、精力充沛、工作热情高、思维活跃、接受新事物、新知识的能力强、易于和学生沟通等诸多教学上的优势,但由于其从教时间尚短,在教学方面还存在好多不足。
