【摘要】目的:观察中医治疗方法对于IgA肾病的临床疗效。方法:(1)IgA肾病的中医病因病机的基本认识(2)对IgA肾病的病理表现及临床分型的基认识(3)IgA肾病的中医辨证论治结果:单纯用中药治疗组总有效率85%,中西结合治疗组总有效率60%,中西结合治疗组优于单纯用中药治疗组(P<)。结论:肾脏疾病为临床的常见病、多发病,在IgA肾病的遣方用药中经方、古方及临床经验方、基础方用之甚多,临床可取得效果,但中西结合的治疗方法比单纯的中医方法治疗IgA肾病的的临床疗效更为理想。

【Abstract】 objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment for IgA nephropathy. Methods: (1) of IgA nephropathy TCM etiology and pathogenesis of basic understanding, (2) of IgA nephropathy pathological manifestations and clinical classification of knowledge (3) the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and results of IgA .nephropathy: use the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effectiveness 85%, combination of Chinese and western treatment group total effectiveness 60%, Chinese and bination treatment group is superior to the pure traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (P < ). Conclusion: kidney disease for mon disease, frequently-occurring disease, hitches in IgA nephropathy sent party drugs, Cuba, and clinical experience in the party, the foundation with very much, clinical effect can be obtained, but bin
