摘要
本文首先分析了当前欧美机场业的发展状况指出了当前国际
机场业的发展趋势其次本文在对当前欧洲美国和亚洲先进机
场公司的管理模式及发展状况深入分析的基础上归纳出当前国际
机场业所采用的三种运营管理模式传统模式美国模式和欧洲模
式在本文的第三部分中根据上述三种模式的特征将当前机场
公司的运营管理模式进一步分为经营型机场公司和管理型
机场公司并详细论述了经营型机场公司向管理型转变的
动因本文第四部分对我国民用机场及其产业发展状况进行了介绍
并就我国民航业体制改革和兼并重组对我国机场业发展的影响进行
了讨论而本文第五部分介绍了上海国际机场股份有限公司的概况
并通过 SWOT 分析指出了公司的内部优劣势和面临的机遇与挑战
最后本文针对上海国际机场股份有限公司的实际情况提出了其
应由经营型向管理型转变并最终实施专业化管理的建议
同时在本文最后部分中也对如何成功实现转变提出了相关建
议

THE STUDY OF SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
CO., LTD. FOR EXECUTING STRATEGY OF
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT
ABSTRACT
This thesis analyzed the developing phase of Europe and America airport
industry and its developing trend first. And then the thesis concluded three
types of airport operation and management model: traditional model,
America model and Europe model after analyzing the operation and
management situation in Europe, America and Asia airport corporations. In
third part of the thesis, the three models mentioned above were divided into
two models ulteriorly: operation model and management model and
discussed transformation reasons from operation model to management
model. The forth part of the thesis introduced the developing state of Chinese
airport industry and analyzed the affects of civil aviation system reformation
and annexing and regrouping in Chinese airport industry. In the fifth part, the
thesis introduced the general situation of Shanghai International Airport Co.,
Ltd and figured out the advantages and disadvantage of pany and
challenges and opportunities in Shanghai air transportation market by the
method of SWOT. The suggestions that Shanghai International Airport Co.,
Ltd should transform from operation model to management model in order to
execute professional management were brought forward in the final part. The
