药品集中招标采购对医院用药的影响与建议

摘要目的:了解药品集中招标采购实施 8 年来对医疗机构用药情况产生的影响。方法:提取我院 2001 - 2007 年采购药品信
息,对中标药品的品种、价格、差价率等进行数据统计分析。结果:招标药品品种逐年增加,品种频繁调整,药品价格普遍降低,
药品差价率由 2001 年的 %下降到 2007 年的 %。结论:药品集中招标采购使医院药品收入呈下降趋势,建立新的补
偿机制,调整招标模式势在必行。

Influence and Suggestion of Centralized Bidding and Purchasing on Hospital Medicine Use

ABSTRACT Objective: To understand the influence of the centralized bidding and purchase policy on the drug use in medical
institutions in the past 8 years. Methods: From the medicine purchasing information during 2001 - 2007 in our hospital, we ana-
lyzed the varieties, prices, and price difference rate of the essful bidding drugs. Results: The varieties of drugs called for tenders
were increasing year by year, species frequently adjusted and drug prices generally low. The price difference rate fell from % in
2001 to % in 2007. Conclusion: The medicine purchase policy of centralized bidding makes the medicine revenues decline. It
is necessary to establish a pensation mechanism and adjust the present pattern in centralized bidding.
