摘要:目的探讨新疆生产建设兵团护理人力资源现状,强化管理人员对人力资源的合理配置、使用和管理,保证服务质量,适应护理事业可持续发展的需求。方法:调查、统计兵团各级医院2005年护理人员的编制、年龄、学历及职称结构等方面的现状。结果护理人员缺编,平均医护比为1:;护理人员年龄层次较理想,呈现两头小、中间大的现象;高学历、高职称护理人员偏少。结论合理调整护理人力资源增量,科学利用存量,结合地域特点加强护理人员双语培训。

The countermeasure and analysis about the nursing resources’ allocation of Xin Jiang Production and Construction Corps

Abstract: Objective To discuss the nursing resources’ allocation status in Xin jiang Production and Construction Corps so that reasonable allocation, utilization and management of the nursing work-forces can be strengthened for ensuring the nursing qualities and adapting to the needs of continuous development of the profession .Method Information such as the quantity, age, education and the title of technical post of the nurses in the year of 2005 has been collected and analyzed. Results shortage of nurses has been showed, the average doctor-nurses ratio is 1:2;the age structure of the objects investigated is suitable, while more well educated and well technical post titled nurses are needed. Conclusions the quantity of nurses should be increased properly and the nursing labors present should be made use of scientifically, what’s more, the training of the bilingual skill of the nurses’ according to
