摘要
本论文分析整理了高空作业车的相关资料, 对高空作业车专用底盘进行了系统的设
计, 包括底盘各个部分的选取, 底盘行走转向系统的计算, 及相关电控系统的选取,并
利用仿真软件进行了难点分析。本文主要内容如下:
1:通过资料的收集与整理,对高空作业车的各组成部分的功能和结构有初步的认
识,并根据现有资料完成高空作业车专用底盘的总体方案设计。
2: 对作业车的底盘液压系统进行设计, 包括行走转向系统的运动学, 动力学分析,
有关液压元件的选型与校核。
3:对本车底盘电控系统进行分析,将所需的相关信号汇总、列表,完成各信号的
硬件实现及软件设计。主要包括平台操作面板的设计、传感器的选型、行走转向时所需
流程图等。
4:针对同步问题进行分析: 利用 Matlab/Simulink 对分流阀进行仿真。对于同步问
题, 在系统中增设分流装置, 并利用仿真软件对分流阀进行建模, 仿真, 根据数据输出
波形并进行分析讨论。

Abstract
This paper analysis the relevant materials of the overhead working truck, the system
design for the special chassis of overhead working truck, including selection of chassis parts,
chassis steering system calculation, and the relevant selection of electric control system, and
analyzed the difficulties by using simulation software. In this paper, the main content is as
follows:
1: On the basis of data collection and sort, understand the all parts of mobile aerial
working platform of straight arm, according to the present data,finish the design of the overall
scheme of the mobile aerial working platform of straight arm2: I design the hydraulic system of vehicle chassis, including of the kinematics,
dynamics analysis of walking steering system, the selection of ponents and
checking3: I made a summary of the related signals, then selected the suitable hardware to
monitor effective signals, such as operation panel, sensors, display module, etc
4: Analysis for synchronous problem: using the Matlab/Simulink simulation for the
diverter valve. For synchronization issues, add shunt device in the system, and us
