此普通锥齿轮差速器的设计以6109客车车型数据为设计参数,对对称式圆锥行星齿轮差速器的差速原理以及结构进行了综述并在必要时附以原理图。通过差速器齿轮的基本参数的选择、几何计算确定此差速器的外形、结构,并进行强度计算,保证此圆锥行星齿轮差速器强度达到工作要求。最后,选择此差速器的材料和制造工艺。

一、引言
