江苏大丰港 LNG 接收站的选址与投建

摘要:江苏大丰 LNG 接收站是青岛瑞丰气体有限公司准备投建的专门用于进出口液化天然气的接收站。本文主要从
大丰市的区位优势、产业规划及当地的条件三方面对接收站的选址进行了分析,并简单分析了大丰接收站的投建与
环境的相互影响。结果表明,1、大丰港经济区区位优势突出;2、港区着力培植的四大产业链,其中有两项将助推
本项目的实施;3、大丰处于北亚热带季风气候,台风正面影响概率极低,该区交通运输便捷,集疏运条件充沛,水
电人力资源丰富。种种优势充分验证了我公司选择大丰港用于建设 LNG 接收站的合理性。结果还显示大丰接收站项
目的规划投建及使用等过程均能够与环境和谐共处。

Abstract: Dafeng LNG receiving terminal is applied to import and export of LNG, which is Qingdao Ruifeng
Gas Co., Ltd who will invest to build. This paper analyzes the locational advantages of dafeng, the domain
programming ,and the local conditions ,etc. The paper also analyzes the relationship between the building
of dafeng LNG receiving terminal and environment. The result said,1;dafeng economic region has a great

probability of typhoon positive impact is very low, transport is convenient ,plenty of collection and
distribution conditions, hydropower and human resources are rich. The various advantages prove the
rationality of dafeng port on constructing LNG receiving terminal. The result also showed the building
of this project is in harmony with the environment.
