摘要:以2,3-环氧丙基三******化铵(gta)和壳聚糖为原料制备水溶性的壳聚糖季铵盐2-羟丙基三******化铵壳聚糖(),采用傅立叶红外光谱仪(ftir谱图)和核磁共振仪(1h-nmr图谱)的结构,并进行抗菌性研究。结果表明,的无纺布对大肠杆菌(escherichia coli)和空肠弯曲菌(campylobacter jejuni)有抑菌效果,其中对空肠弯曲菌的最低抑菌浓度(mic)为8 mg/ml,是一种具有应用潜力的高分子抗菌剂。

abstract: the water-soluble quaternary ammonium salt of 2-hydroxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride chitosan() was essfully prepared by the reaction of chitosan with 2, 3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(gta). the structure of was characterized by ftir and 1h nmr, and in vitro antimicrobial activities of were investigated systematically. the results indicated that the non-woven fabrics which had been immersed in solution demonstrated good antimicrobial activity against escherichia coli and campylobacter jejuni. the minimum inhibitory concentration(mic) of solution against c. jejuni was 8 mg/ml. the results indicated that was a potential polymeric antimicrobial.
