摘要:目的观察经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光切除青少年单纯性输尿管囊肿的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析13例青少年单纯性输尿管囊肿患者采用经尿道输尿管镜直视下腔内钬激光切除手术治疗的临床资料。结果 13例患者均一次手术成功,术后随访24个月,术后肾积水全部消失。结论经尿道输尿管镜直视下腔内钬激光切除青少年单纯性输尿管囊肿,手术创伤小、恢复快、并症少。是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

输尿管囊肿是一种少见的先天性畸形。可分为单纯型输尿管囊肿、异位型输尿管囊肿。本文回顾我院从2006年1月~2011年12月采用经尿道输尿管镜下腔内钬激光治疗青少年单纯型输尿管囊肿13例,并随访观察效果,现报告如下:
1资料与方法
一般资料本组共13例,男5例、女8例,年龄6~15岁。囊肿位于左侧6例、右侧4例、双侧3例。并发患侧输尿管下段结石1例,囊肿内结石1例,、,8例并发有患侧输尿管全程扩张、肾积水。主要症状有反复尿路感染7例,腰痛、尿频、尿急、尿痛、肉眼血尿2例、伴有排尿中断2例。其中1例12岁男性患者排尿困难需下蹲及用手压迫下腹部帮助排尿。13例均行B超、静脉泌尿系造影(IVU)及CT
