动物福利理念对我国动物源性产品出口贸易的影响

摘要

随着动物福利在世界范围内引起越来越多的关注,一些西方发达国
家借此之名变相地树立隐形动物福利贸易壁垒。作为一个农业大国,我
国面临着极大的考验。因此,研究动物福利理念对我国动物源性产品出
口贸易的影响具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文以近年来发生的贸易摩擦事件为背景,对我国的动物福利现状
进行了分析,并通过经济模型对是否应通过提高动物福利来应对动物福
利相关壁垒进行了研究。本文研究发现,由于目前缺乏法律保障体系及
积极的应对措施,动物福利理念尚未形成广泛的群众基础,相关企业的
技术设备落后等原因,我国动物福利体系存在很多问题。因此通过改善
动物的福利状况,是提高企业竞争力的最积极有效的应对措施。基于此,
笔者从政府和企业两个角度出发,提出相应的建议与措施。
本文共由六章组成。第一章为绪论,介绍了本文研究意义、研究思
路及研究方法等;第二至三章介绍了动物福利理念及其在各国的发展情
况;第四章从产业细分的角度分析了宏观层面动物福利贸易壁垒对我国
相关领域产品出口的影响;第五章利用博弈论模型对动物福利与企业收
益之间的关系进行了推导,是本文的重点及创新所在;第六章提出笔者
的建议。

THE INFLUENCE OF ANIMAL WELFARE ON ANIMAL
SOURCE PRODUCT EXPORT TRADE IN CHINA

ABSTRACT

With more and more attention caused by animal welfare, some
western countries begin to take advantage of it to build invisible trade
barrier of animal welfare that has affected the export of Chinese animal
source product. Hence, doing research of the influence is significant.
Under the background of trade friction happened these years, the article
analyzes the animal welfare situation in China, and research on whether the
relevant departments should improve the animal welfare by economic modal.
The analysis shows there are lots of problems in our animal welfare system,
such as lacking of legal system, weak mass basis and lagging techniques and
equipments. So the most positive and effective way to enhance the
petition ability is improving the animal welfare situation.
According to this, the writer proposes relevant suggestions for government
panies.
There are six chapters of the article. The fist one is introduction which
introduces the analyzing value, thinking and method. The second and the
third one include the animal welfare development in different countries. The
