摘要目的:观察社区康复护理对脑卒中后吞咽困难患者吞咽功能的影响。方法:对出院后存在吞咽困难的患者按照社区地域分为研究组及对照组,其中研究组37例,对照组32例。观察经康复治疗21天后两组营养学指标变化及临床疗效观察。结果:①出院后21天的两组的营养学指标都下降,且对照组较研究组下降明显。②临床疗效:%,对照组的总有效率50%,研究组显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P=)。结论:社区康复护理有助于脑卒中后吞咽困难病人吞咽功能的恢复。
