Objective ： To observe the effect of community rehabilitation nursing in the swallowing function of the patients with dysphagia after ： According to the community region ， patients with dysphagia post-discharge were divided into study group and control group ， the study group have 37 cases， the control group have 32 21 days rehabilitation treatment ， to observe the change of nutrition indexes of the two groups and clinical : ① Post-discharge 21 days , nutrition indexes of the two groups were declining ， and
compared with the study group ， the control group decreased significantly. ② The clinical effect ： the total effective rate of the study group was %， the total effective rate of the control group was 50% ， the study group was

随着我国国民经济的快速发展，目前脑血管病已成为危害我
国中老年人身体健康和生命的主要疾病。我国每年卒中的发病率
