摘要
绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心,已经越来越受到重视。随着电力体制
改革的逐步深入,供电企业在发展的过程中越来越需要一个行之有效的绩效管
理系统。虽然在众多的供电企业中曾经或正在使用一些类似于绩效考核的管理
方法,但基本无系统性和规范性可言。因此怎样建立符合企业实情的绩效管理
体系、提高企业的经营管理效率、最有效地发挥绩效管理的激励效用,将是这
些公司发展和赢利的关键所在。
TH 供电公司人力资源管理起步较晚,虽然近几年公司在绩效管理方面也做
了一些尝试,但是收效甚微。有鉴于此,本文利用绩效管理理论来探讨 TH 供电
公司的绩效管理问题。首先对绩效管理理论进行综述;其次是应用调查问卷的
方法对 TH 供电公司绩效管理的现状进行分析,深入挖掘出目前该公司在绩效管
理体系中存在的问题,并对问题的成因进行了分析;三是重点提出绩效管理的
改进策略,分别从绩效计划、绩效辅导和实施、绩效考核和反馈和绩效结果应
用等四个方面进行阐述和说明;最后提出绩效管理的实施和保障策略。新的绩
效管理模式将更加符合现今 TH 供电公司绩效管理的实际情况,可以有效地发挥
出绩效管理在人力资源管理中的作用,实现员工和企业整体绩效稳步提升的目
的。

ABSTRACT
Performance management as the core of the human resource management has
taken seriously from day to day. As the electric power structure reform has going
deep into s step by step, the development of electric enterprise need an effective
performance management during its development course. Although many electric
enterprise used to be or have using some management ways like performance
management check, but most of it have not systematic ness and specification. The
key to the solution is how to building the performance management system
according with the enterprise, improve the management and administration of the
enterprise, motivate the most effectively and use suitable human talents of the
performance management.
The human resource management of TH electric pany started too
later,although have already tried some way on the performance management in
these years, but produce very little effect. In view of the above-mentioned facts,
this article will inquire into performance management questions in the human
resource management of TH electric pany by using the performance
management theories. This article will be explained beginning from the theories of
the performance management, then take the analyzing of the existed questions on
performance management in pany by investigation
