professional wireless operators need to solve at this paper,the construction and
optimization platform based on LTE technology are analyzed.

第一章绪论

随着移动通信网络的快速发展,各大运营商之前的竞争越来越激烈。目前各移动运营商之间的网络竞争已经逐渐转移到网络质量的较量,因此,对网络运营的精细化提出了“精耕细作”的维护要求,无线网络优化工作的重要性上升到了前所未有的高度。
2014年国家发放4G FDD牌照,中国电信全面进入FDD商用推广,江西电信也己进入
4G高速建设阶段,江西电信的4G用户也呈爆发式增长,为更好的向4G用户提供网络优化保障,紧跟主设备建设的步伐,无线网优平台亟需接入LTE网络的参数、性能、话单数据(无线网+核心网)、MR、TRACE等数据,对4G网络进行优化分析、数据管理、网络质量评估, 提高网络质量分析深度和时效性,定位网络问题,规范无线网优工作,促进精确化管理,提升无线网络优化能力和网优工作效率
