[摘要] 作为船舶的重要辅助设备,船舶制冷装置的正常工作对保证船员的生活、工作条件和降低能耗都具有重要的意义。制冷装置是由各种设备和自动化元件组成的复杂系统。船用制冷系统一般为一机多效系统,各库的温度压力等工作参数相差大,同时每一设备或元件的工作又相互联系和相互影响,往往某一设备或元件有故障,可能多处出现异常现象,反之,同一异常现象又可能由不同的故障所引起。船舶上的制冷系统出现“冰塞”故障是很常见的现象,当船舶制冷系统出现“冰塞”故障时,我们应该通过理论和实践的结合先对故障进行分析,然后做出判断,再通过快速有效的方法达到尽快解决故障问题的目的。本文对船舶制冷系统的原理和结构进行了介绍,阐述了“冰塞”现象的特征,查找故障源的方法,如何解决,在日常的管理中要注意的事项等。

Analysis the Ice Jam of the Refrigerating Plant
[Abstract] As an important auxiliary equipment on the ship , the refrigerating plant’s good work ensure the life of sailor , the work condition and reduce the energy consumption . Refrigerating plant is plex system made up by many devices and automation . Marine refrigerating plant awayls one system multiple-effected , each storeroom is different from temperature and pressure , but every device work together and effect each other . If one device have something wrong , may be one or more place have trouble , otherwise , one trouble may be caused by different reason. Ice jam is mon trouble in marine refrigerating plant , when it occur , we should analysis it though theory and practice , then judge , though fast and effective method to solve the problem . This article introduce the principle and construct of the refrigerating plant , state the phenomenon of the ice jam , how to find the trouble , how to solve , and something to take care in daily manage.
