【摘要】麻醉生理学是麻醉学专业的一门重要基础课程,麻醉生理学实验教学一直是麻醉学专业课程教学的难点之一。实践证明,将医学模拟教学引入麻醉生理学的实验教学,有利于提高学生学习的兴趣与积极性,有助于学生构建课程知识体系,以及能及早培养学生的临床思维能力。

【Abstract】Anesthesia-physiology is an important basic course in anesthesiology, of which the experimental teaching is the nodus. It has been found that introducing the medical simulation teaching into experimental teaching of Anesthesia-physiology can increase the interest and enthusiasm of student, help student form the course knowledge system, and cultivate student’s clinical thinking ability earlier.

麻醉生理学是麻醉学专业的一门重要基础课程,主要介绍机体在麻醉手术中生命活动的规律及特点的基本理论知识。由于麻醉生理学涉及的知识面比较广,除普通生理学知识外,还涉及麻醉药理学、临床麻醉学、危重医学等方面,强调的是手术麻醉过程中的生理改变。在学生还没学习临床课程及接触临床的情况下,要学好麻醉生理学比较困难,其中实验教学部分是比较突出的教学难点之一。模拟教学在麻醉学专业领域的应用越来越广泛[1]。在本科教学中,主要应于
临床课程的操作技能模拟训练及考核,对提高学生的临床思维能力和实践技能发挥了积极作用[2-3]。至于模拟教学在麻醉学基础课程中的运用是否能提高教学效果和教学质量,值得我们思考与探索。本文就我校麻醉生理学实验教学中应用模拟教学的情况作介绍。
