对策。

Abstract! There exists the inefficiency of the mechanism and management, and the library staff cut themselves from the en
terprise practices in the working mechanism of the managerial service in medium- sized and small enterprises. The innovations of
setting up the working mechanism of managerial service should seek solutions from the aspects of transforming the mode of manage
ment, advancing the course of digitalization, developing the deep- level intelligence and launching to multi- level and multi-
form information service.
