白色念珠菌人工诱导耐药模型的建立及鉴定方法的研究

[摘要] 目的:利用氟康唑人工诱导构建白色念珠菌耐药模型。方法:采用梯度浓度递增法体外氟康唑诱导白色念珠菌耐药
株,采用KONT 真菌显色MIC 药敏系统以及药敏纸片扩散法两种方法对构建形成的耐药菌株进行检测。结果:氟康唑人工诱
导白色念珠菌耐药株构建形成,经微量稀释法鉴定最低抑菌浓度(minimal inhibitory concentration,MIC)≥ 64 μg / ml。KONT 真
菌显色MIC 药敏系统及药敏纸片扩散法判定结果符合率达95% ,P > 0. 05,无统计学差异。结论:采用梯度浓度递增法体外诱
导白色念珠菌耐药模型可行,且KONT 真菌显色MIC 药敏系统与药敏纸片扩散法对耐药株的鉴定结果一致性较好。
