文档介绍：兰州商学院硕士学位论文中美贸易摩擦的成因和影响及应对策略 姓名:谭伊茗申请学位级别:硕士专业:应用经济学国际贸易学指导教师:雷兴长 20070426兰州商学院硕士论文 中美贸易摩擦的成因和影响及应对策略 摘要随着中美经贸关系的不断深化,贸易摩擦也随之出现,并有愈演愈烈之势。这是中国经济实力增强的表现,企业竞争力提升的结果,我们应该以积极的态度和平常心对待贸易争端及贸易摩擦。因此,系统考察中美贸易摩擦的现状和原因,研究缓解贸易摩擦的对策,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文首先回顾中美经贸关系和贸易摩擦的发展历程,从中可以看出,贸易摩擦随经贸关系的发展而产生和升级。中美贸易摩擦集中表现在反倾销、技术性贸易壁垒、知识产权贸易、市场经济地位等方面,其中反倾销是贸易摩擦的主要方式。其次,文章结合案例,从国外、国内两方面深入探讨了中美贸易摩擦的成因,并从宏观和微观两个角度分析了贸易摩擦对中国经济和外贸发展的影响。最后,从政府、行业协会和企业三个层次出发,对如何减少贸易摩擦进行了比较深入的探讨并提出了相应的对策。关键词:中美贸易摩擦中美经贸关系反倾销兰州商学院硕士论文中美贸易摩擦的成园和影响及应对策略 ABSTRACT With the dramatic advancement of Sino—American trade
relationship,trade dispute and conflict,which has a tendency of getting severe, is considered as a sign of the enhancement of China’Seconomy and the improvement petitiveness of the active and meanwhile mild attitude should be taken todeal with this trade dispute and ,theoretically and practically,it is significant to analyze symmetrically the reason of the current tradedispute and conflict between China and America,and then reach astrategy of easing all these problems. The progress of Sino-American trade relationship and dispute is firstrecalled in this article,from
which it is known that trade esalongside and then increases with the development of trade Sino—American trade conflict mainly reflects on anti-dumping,technical barrier to trade,unilateral limit to number and amount,entryinto market and SO on,among which anti-dumping is a major ,the reason of the conflict is analyzed,which mainly includes thepolitical element,economic element,interest group element,systemelement,export product structure element and trade management element, what is finally analyzed is the proposal of the strategy of easingthe trade
