聚乙二醇改性壳聚糖膜的制备及应用
摘要
本文利用挥发溶剂的方法合成壳聚糖-聚乙二醇共混膜,用自制过滤装置和分光光度计去对共混膜的透过率和透光性性能进行了检测,还就膜的水溶性和溶胀性进行研究。结果表明,单纯壳聚糖膜的亲水性比较差,而且壳聚糖膜性脆。与纯壳聚糖膜相比,聚乙二醇加入壳聚糖物理共混制得的膜,亲水性、水溶性以及透水性等性能有很好改善。虽然共混膜的这些性能与PEG量有很大关系,但是并不是PEG量加的越多越好。当PEG在共混膜所占比例超过30%,将不利于成膜,或者成膜效果很差。

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF POLYETHYLENE GLYCOL MODIFIED CHITOSAN FILMS
ABSTRACT
In this study, chitosan- polyethylene glycol membrane was prepared by the method of volatilizing solvent. The performances of blend membranes were detected through photometer, colation equipment by home-made and method of water absorption. In result, pure chitosan membrane had a bad hydrophily and a bad limpness. When polyethylene glycol was mixed in chitosan, hydrophily water-solubility and water permeability of membranes can be improved. And, though chitosan-polyethylene glycol membranes transmittancy, hydrophily and water-solubility has a great connection with the quantity of polyethylene glycol, more quantities of polyethylene glycol did not e with improvement of these performances. When the ratio of PEG exceeded 30% in blending film, it is difficulty of preparing films, and prepared films had a bad performance.
