摘要:高校的青年教师由于角色转变过快,容易产生一些心理困惑:如因和学生年龄差异小,无法尽快树立自己的威信;难以适应新的人际关系;职业负担过重;对自己的期望值过高等。为此建议青年教师做好上岗前的心理培训;创造各种机会释放心理压力;尽快地融入集体,建立和谐的人际关系;加强自我修养,提高心理素质等。

Young University Teachers Psychological Confusion during Their
Role Transformation and Strategies to Mitigate Such Confusion

Abstract: Young university teachers tend to experience psychological confusion during their role transformation when they are in the same age group as their students, fail to establish an authoritarian image, have difficulty coping with new interpersonal relationships, are under the pressure of their job, or set too high a standard for themselves. Therefore, it is mended that young teachers receive pre-assignment psychological counseling, create opportunities to release pressure, mingle with others, develop harmonious relationships, and enrich themselves so as to raise their psychological capacity.

随着我国高等教育事业的迅速发展,青年教师的队伍不仅日益庞大,而且越来越成为高校发展的生力军。但青年教师尤其是刚刚跨入教师队伍的青年教师在角色转变之际面临许多无法解决的困惑,其心理问题和心理困惑日益突显。认真研究和解决青年教师所面临的心理问题及其困惑,使他们更好地承担起日益繁重的教学任务、轻松愉快地发挥其自身的才智,对我国高等教育的发展都具有重大的理论和现实意义。
一、青年教师角色转变过程中面临的心理困惑和问题
