合肥市居民吸烟行为调查分析

[摘要] 目的: 了解合肥市居民吸烟行为的现状,以期为进一步深入开展控烟干预提供理论和现实依据。方法: 在
合肥市蜀山区、庐阳区的四个街道,采用随机简单抽样方法,抽取 15 岁以上的社区居民作为调查对象,共收集调查问卷
938 份,有效问卷 905 份。结果: 调查对象吸烟率为 32. 04% ,其中男性吸烟率高于女性吸烟率; 吸烟者以在室内吸烟为
主,占 78. 28% ; 有 48. 97% 的吸烟者曾有三次及以上的戒烟行为。讨论: 居民对烟草危害认识不足,公共场所禁烟没有
得到执行,烟民难以获得戒烟相关知识。建议: 加大监管部门对公共场所执法力度,加强对居民控烟教育,进行吸烟社会
文化反转,提高戒烟服务的可及性,以减少居民在室内及相关禁烟场所吸烟行为。

Abstract
ObjeCtive To study the status of residents' behavior of smoking in Hefei,and provide theoretiCal and realistiC ref-
erenCes for intervening behavior of smoking. Methods Samples were Chosen from residents over 15 years old in four distriCts of
Hefei City with simple random sampling method,and surveyed with questionnaire. 938 Cases of questionnaires were finally ob-
tained. Results The rate of smoking was 32. 04% ,among whiCh the rate was higher in male group than that in female group. 78.
28% of them smoked indoors. 48. 97% of them had undergone more than three times of smoking Cessation. ConClusion Residents
