随机动载荷作用下刨煤机刨链疲劳寿命预测

摘要:通过建立的刨煤机动力学模型,采用雨流法、性 M iner疲劳累积损伤模型,对刨链疲劳寿
命进行预测。通过仿真计算,得到不同随机刨削阻力、同刨链预紧力以及不同链轮齿数作用下的
刨链疲劳寿命。结果表明:刨削阻力均值增加,疲劳寿命降低; 增大刨链预紧力或增加链轮齿数均
可提高刨链疲劳寿命;随机煤壁作用力和刨链预紧力对刨链的疲劳寿命影响较大,链轮多边形效应
影响较小。通过刨链张力测试实验,分析在不同刨削深度情况下张力实验数据,得到刨链疲劳累积
损伤规律与通过仿真得到的规律一致。

Abstract: Through dynam ic model of the coal p low, rain flow counting m ethod and linear M iner fatigue cumulative
tained under different stochastic cutting resistances, different p retension forces of p low chain and different number of
chastic forces of coal and p retension force of p low chain have obvious effects on fatigue life of p low chain, but influence
of sp rocket polygon effect is less. Test data of chain tension were analyzed under different cutting dep ths through the
test of p low chain tension. And fatigue cumulative damage change of the p low chain accords w ith dam age change of
p low chain by sim ulating dynam ic model.

现在面临资源缺乏,薄煤层的开采已提到日程。深入研究具有重要意义。
刨煤机是开采薄煤层的采煤机械,对其理论研究尤显针对矿用圆环链的可靠性,德国学者从材料、加
工工艺、量检查以及防腐蚀等方面对矿用圆环链的
