[摘要] 本文就如何提高临床检验专业学生医学免疫学教学质量,培养高素质,实用型医学检验专业人才进行了探索与实践。提出在医学免疫学教学中应用CBS(Case based study)教学法,能充分调动临床检验专业学生学习的积极性,有利于学习的兴趣培养,思维的拓展和内在潜能的发掘。和普通教学法比较,CBS 教学法在医学免疫学教学中不仅取得了良好的效果,而且大大提高了学生和教师的综合素质。

[Abstract] This paper studied on how to improve the teaching quality of medical immunology on laboratory medicine and how to educate and training of high-quality Laboratory medicine students. We found that by using case based study (CBS) in medical immunology, the study enthusiasm of Laboratory medicine students can be fully arouse. This will help students to expend their thinking and develop the inner potential. Compare to the traditional teaching method, CBS teaching model not only achieved good results, but also greatly improved the students and teacher
