【摘要】目的:探讨PBL教学模式在医学见习期硬膜外麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法:选取20008级重庆医科大学麻醉系见习同学31名,将之分为实验组和对照组。实验组实施PBL教学模式,对照组采用传统讲授法。课程结束后,对两组学生分别进行理论考试及临床技能考核,对考试成绩进行统计学分析,并对PBL教学方法通过问卷调查方式进行评价。结果:实验组学生的理论考试成绩及临床技能考核成绩均明显优于对照组(P﹤),且学生显示出了对于PBL教学模式的极大支持。结论:PBL教学模式在硬膜外麻醉教学中的应用效果良好。

Abstract Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of the PBL teaching mode in epidural anesthesia teaching during clinical novitiate. Methods: A total of 31 students were included in this students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted the implementation of PBL teaching mode while the control group were given the traditional teaching method. By the end of the course, the theory test scores and the clinical skills scores of the students from both the two groups were analyzed, and PBL teaching mode was evaluated with the questionnaire as well. Results: Both of the theory test scores and the clinical skills scores were significantly better than that in the control group (P<). Conclusion: It is showed that the application effect of PBL teaching mode in epidural anesthesia teaching is satisfactory.
