Instructions
At least one audit per year;
Hotel will be notified in writing 10 days before audit, hotel must accept the audit except for special reasons;
Hotel general manager and on-duty manager must attend the audit;
Audit consultant must be the regular staff of Days Inn China;
3-star hotel, suites and business hotel need 1 day audit; 4 star and 5 star hotel need 2 days audit;
Audit consultant will present the audit result to hotel general manager, and discuss;
audit electronic report will be sent to hotel 10 days after audit
Borned by Hotel
Provide round trip air ticket
Provide plimentary room to audit consultant
Provide free meals to audit consultant
Incidental charges
When the audit result is "fail", or hotel refuses to cooperate with audit consultant, or fails to reach DIC's audit standard,
hotel will be charged 5000RMB for a second time audit, and must attend "Brand Standard and Hardware Audit" course
certified by DIC
All the hotels are responsible for attending hardware audit

1、The audit list plies with DIC brand operation standard
2、The audit list is consist of 11 main parts:
1) License and certificate hotel must have before opening
2) Hotel exterior
3) Hotel lobby
4) Rooms
5) F&B
6) Staff grooming minimum standards
7) Maintenance program
8) Safety and security
9) Kitchen sanitation and safety minimum standard
10) Wyndham Rewards
11) Visual identity
3、Two audit methods:
a. Audit before arrivingggp at the hotel:audit consultant will evaluate hotel service through telephone
b. In hotel audit :audit consulant will check all the facilities and service of functional areas according to audit list
4、Audit consulant must check and evaluate all the items on audit list
5、In the grading column, grading is according to "Yes", "P
