[摘要] 目的探讨经皮穿刺球囊扩张椎体成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty PKP)联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2008 年 2月~2010 年5月采用PKP联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗 25例骨质疏松症伴椎体压缩性骨折患者。记录术前、术后第2天、术后10 个月VAS 评分;后凸畸形Cobb角变化和BMD改善情况。结果 25例患者术前、术后第2天及术后10月随访VAS 评分、Cobb角、BMD 值均有明显改善,手术前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<)。其中1例患者出现骨水泥渗漏到椎间盘,经保守治疗症状后腰背痛消失。结论PKP联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折能早期快速稳定脊柱,恢复脊柱力线;提高骨密度,改善患者生活质量,远期效果理想。
