当今经济快速发展,企业之间的竞争日益加剧,提高企业管理效率,留住人才已引起越来越多企业的注意。因此越来越多企业开始寻求留住人才的方法,员工满意度调查研究就是其中的一项有效方法。
本文结合企业的实际情况,以员工满意度调查问卷的形式,通过对问卷调查资料的数据以及从中反馈的具体问题的整理分析,运用员工满意度管理的相关知识,从引导员工自身期望和提高企业生产的软硬环境两个方面提出应对员工满意度的具体措施。

Abstract
Today, rapid economic development, between enterprise'petition intensifies day by day, raises the business management efficiency, retain talent has attracted the attention of more and more enterprises. Therefore more and more enterprises start to seek detain talented person's method, the staff degree of satisfaction investigation and study are a efficacious device.
This article unifies enterprise's actual situation, in the form of employee satisfaction survey, through concrete question anization analysis which as well as feeds back to the questionnaire survey material's data, utilizes the staff degree of satisfaction management the related knowledge, from guides staff oneself to expect and enhances the soft and hard environment two aspects which the enterprise produces to propose that deals with the staff degree of satisfaction the specific measures.

随着中国经济的飞速发展,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,人才成为了企业间竞争的关键。企业的发展离不开员工的共同努力。更具服务利润链的理论,只有满意的员工,才有满意的顾客;只有满意的顾客,才有企业的持续发展。
