现代管理越来越重视科学化和人性化,激励理论作为现代管理的一个重要组成部分,也印证着这一趋势。在实践中,激励理论具有较高的工具价值,而日益受到重视。为此,当务之急就是为企业建立符合企业实际,有利于真正持久的调动企业全体员工积极性和主动性的科学的激励机制。
本文以A企业为例,在考察企业激励体系现状的基础上,认真分析了企业企业激励存在的问题,并最终发现企业员工激励体系中存在的管理者的水平不够高,管理者与员工缺乏沟通,物质激励不足,激励形式单一四大问题。最后根据现状和问题提出完善企业员工激励体系中的提高管理人员的综合素质,员工和管理者之间形成良好的沟通环境,建立健全考核奖罚体系,物质激励和精神激励并重四大对策建议。

Abstract
Modern management pay more and more attention to scientific and humanism, motivation theory as modern management is an important part of but also confirm a trend. In practice, incentive theory has high tools value, but more and more attention. Therefore, the urgent task is to business establishment conforms to enterprise actual, be helpful for truly lasting mobilize enterprise staff enthusiasm and initiative scientific incentive mechanism.
Taking A enterprise as an example, based on the status quo of in examining the enterprise incentive system,carefully analyzed the existing problems of enterprise incentive,And finally found enterprise employees incentive system in the level of existing managers were not high enough, managers and employees' lack munication,Insufficient material incentive, Incentive form a single four questions.
According to the actuality and problems proposed perfecting enterprise employees incentive system to improve the management personnel in prehensive quality, employees and managers formed between munication environment, Establish and perfect the system of assessment award, Material incentive and spiritual incentive pay equal attention to four countermeasures.
