[摘要] 总结26例儿童病毒性脑炎(病脑)并发低颅压综合征的原因与护理。认为常见原因主要是甘露醇应用不当、腰穿后局部脑脊液渗漏过多、频繁呕吐、腹泻、进食过少。护理措施包括:密切观察病情变化,尤其应注意低颅压综合征与颅内压增高的区别、做好症状护理、加强腰穿术后护理、准确记录24h液体出入量、同时做好心理护理,帮助患儿克服恐惧心理和紧张情绪。

Abstract:The author in this paper analyzed the causes and nursing of 26 children viral encephalitis with intracranial hypotension, arguing the causes of intracranial hypotension for improper using in 20% manitol, too much exuding of cerebrospinal fluid, vomiting high frenquently, diarrhea and taking food little. The nursing measures included close observation of disease changes, enhanced attention the distinguish intracranial hypotension from intracranial hyperpiesia, make nursing of the symptoms out, enhanced nursing of lumber punctured, record the 24h measure in and out by rule and line and mental care to help children e feaf and stress.
