论文摘要:国有中小型企业,在上个世纪90年代曾有过无数骄人辉煌的成绩。但在市场经济进一步深化的今天,其发展的态势却一步步的放缓下来。众多中小企业面临着内部管理不善,管理水平低;技术开发能力低;产品市场竞争力较弱;对信息时代的反应迟迟滞等问题。而作为纺织企业,不得不面对的事实便是,纺织企业在当今已是夕阳企业,劳动密集型已成为纺织业的劣势。而怡化纺织仍然延续着由纺织女工寸步不离守着纺织机器的落后操作方式,这无疑在劳动效率上就比全自动化操作的外国同业竞争者落后了一大截。且从去年年底持续到现在的美国次贷危机的影响,给这个已萧条的产业带来了更沉重的打击。那么,我们就从不同方面来探讨一下怡化纺织应如何走出现在的困境。

一、企业基本概况
怡真化纤纺织有限公司,原名江苏省怡真化纤纺织厂,筹建于1980年12月,1983年5月建成投产。经过二十多年的持续发展,现已成为一个集纺纱、制线、织布于一体的方米,是一个园林化的工厂。,在职职工3038人。
二、目前存在问题
(一)组织结构不合理
1、管理系统庞杂
企业设有总经理一人,负责对企业内部技术力量、生产能力、生产环境、质量控制、人事状况等进行一定的规划和协调。制定企业内部环境的改造发展战略,制定可行性工作计划。但副总却有四到五人,分管生产、加工、销售、后勤等各项领域,且内部分设的各个部门都配有两到三名中层管理干部,再往下细分到各个车间,车间主任、值班长、小组组长更不计
