Abstract:To introduce a lutein formulation which could directly added to the milk powder, the physical and chemical characterstic,stability of
both the lutein powder itself and after the addition to the milk powder were introduced. It is conclude that based on the good flowability, sta-
bility, disperibility in water and homogeneity after mixed with milk powder, this lutein powder is very suitable for direct addition into infant
formula milk powder.
