摘要
中国是茶树的原产地,然而,中国在茶业上对人类的贡献,主要在于最早发现并利用茶这种植物,并把它发展形成为我国和东方乃至整个世界的一种灿烂独特的茶文化。中国茶业,最初兴于巴蜀,其后向东部和南部逐次传播开来,以致遍及全国。到了唐代,又传至日本和朝鲜,16世纪后被西方引进。由于我国是茶叶的故乡,我国勤劳智慧的人民给世界人民创造了茶叶这一香美的饮料,这是值得我们后人引以自豪的。茶饮料按其原辅料不同分为茶汤饮料和调味茶饮料,茶汤饮料又分为浓茶型和淡茶型,调味茶饮料还可分为果味茶饮料,果汁茶饮料、碳酸茶饮料、奶味茶饮料及其它茶饮料。
因为茶饮料的重度消费者集中在29岁以下青少年人群,他们参与休闲活动的倾向性非常强。除了比较多地选择看影碟、唱卡拉OK等较大众化的休闲活动之外,他们要比居民总体更多地去咖啡厅/酒吧、健身俱乐部、电影院。即开型茶饮料完全迎合了他们生活方式的需要。
因此,广大消费者对茶饮料的需求量日益增加,在食品行业中茶饮料的生产量也加大了。
Abstract
