摘要:目的观察神经特异性RNA结合蛋白Musashi1(Msi1)在大鼠生后不同发育时间侧脑室脑室下区(SVZ)内的表达变化。方法健康雄性SD大鼠,分为7天、2周、3周、1月、2月、成年(6月龄)和老年(18月龄)7组,每组5只,共35只,多聚甲醛灌注固定,冰冻冠状切片,免疫组织化学(ABC法)染色,光镜观察摄像,细胞计数。结果各年龄组大鼠侧脑室周围的SVZ内可见Msi1免疫反应阳性细胞,胞体小圆形,无突起或1~2个短突起,分布疏密不均匀;随年龄增长,SVZ内Msi1阳性细胞逐渐减少,老年组大鼠仍然有一定数量的Msi1阳性细胞。结论大鼠侧脑室SVZ内存在有Msi1阳性细胞,并随年龄增长而明显减少,这些细胞可能是神经干细胞。

Abstract:Objective To observe the expression of neural RNA-binding proteins Musashi1(Msi1)in the subventricular zone(SVZ)of lateral ventricles(LV)at different postnatal developing Healthy male SD rats of different age groups were recruited(1-,2-and3-week groups,1-and2-month groups,6-month grown group,and18-month aged group;n=5each).Immunohistochemistry was performed on the coronal sections of brain of the rats perfused with The expression of Msi1was observed in the SVZ of LV in all grou
