【摘要】目的探讨在C型X线机监视下应用3 枚AO空心钉经皮固定治疗股骨颈骨折疗效。方法临床应用3 枚AO空心钉经皮内固定治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折120 例。结果本组病例均获随访,时间18(3~24)月,114 例骨折愈合,4 例股骨头坏死,2 例骨折不愈合,骨折愈合率95%。结论应用3 枚AO空心钉经皮固定治疗股骨颈骨折具有创伤小、方法简便、固定牢靠、可早期功能锻炼、并发症少等优点。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of treating senile femoral neck fractures with 3 cannulated screws fixation under C-arm X-ray monitoring. Methods 120 cases of patients with fresh femoral neck fractures were treated with 3 cannulated screws fixation. The effects of the treatment were followed All the patients were followed up from 3 to 24 months (18 months on average). Among them, 114 patients had got the fractures cured, 4 patients experienced femoral head necrosis, and 2 patients experienced nonunion. In sum, 95% of the fractures achieved union. Conclusions Application of 3 cannulated screws fixation is an effective means to treat senile fresh femoral neck fracture, for it leads to early ambulance, short time of hospitalization or bed rest, minimal invasion, stable fixation, plications, and simplicity.

股骨颈骨折占股骨近端骨折的53%,多需手术治疗。我院自2004年10月至2008年6月采用3 枚空心钉经皮固定、治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折120例,效果分析如下。
1 临床资料
一般资料
本组均为新鲜骨折共120 例,男42 例,女78 例,年龄55(30~82)岁。受伤后距手术时间3(1~7)天。平均住院时间10(7~18)天。骨折按Garden分型:Ⅰ型17例,Ⅱ型25例,Ⅲ型42例
