【摘要】目的:分析AO空心钉治疗老年新鲜股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2002年2月~2008年2月行AO空心钉治疗的62例老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,从手术时间、出血量、输血量、骨折愈合率、愈合时间、髋关节功能等方面对手术疗效进行评价。结果:患者平均手术时间为(±)min,平均出血量为(±)mL,无1例输血。术后无坐骨神经损伤和伤口感染。62例随访12~72个月,平均36个月,最终随访时髋关节的Harris评分平均(±)分,%。结论:AO空心钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折手术时间短,出血少,损伤小,治疗效果好,是老年新鲜股骨颈骨折优先选择的治疗方法之一。

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To evaluate the effect of treatment of fresh femoral neck fractures with AO cannulated screw in elders. Methods: Clinical data of 62 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures who were treated with AO cannulated screw from February 2002 ~ February 2008 were studied retrospectively. The effect was evaluated according t
o operative time, blood loss, volume of blood transfusion, fracture healing rate, healing time and hip function. Results: Mean operative time was (±) min, mean volume of blood loss was (±) mL, no patient had blood transfusion, the mean followup time was 36 months ( 12 ~ 72 months), no sciatic nerve was injuried and no wound infection occurred, the average Harris score of the hip in final followup was (±) points, very good and good rate of the hip function was %.
