【摘要】[目的]探讨妊娠期糖尿病的母儿并发症。[方法]25例妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者,为GDM组。取同期25例正常孕妇为对照组。对其临床经过和母儿影响进行回顾性分析。[结果]妊娠期并发症:GDM组与对照组相比:分别为先兆子痫40%(10)vs 8%(2)、羊水过多32%(8)vs 4%(1)、早产20%(5)vs 4%(1)、剖宫产80%(20)vs 24%(6)、产后出血16%(4)vs 4%(1)、巨大儿36%(9)vs 8%(2),两组差异显著,。GDM组的胎儿窘迫[44%(11)]、新生儿窒息[12%(3)]与对照组[12%(3)d 4%(1)]比较,。[结论]妊娠期糖尿病的母儿并发症明显增加。强调早期检出,加强对GDM的管理,可以改善母儿结局。

The Effect on Mother and Fetus of 25 Cases with Gestational Diabetes Ellitus

Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the effect on the mother and fetus in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).[Methods]From June 2005 to June 2007,25 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus were reviewed as a GDM group,and take 25 women with normal prenancy as a control during the same time in our clinical course plication of mother and fetus were analized retrospectively.[Results] The incidence plications in GDM group pared with the control eclampsia is 40%(10) vs 8% (2),polyhydramnios is 32%(8) vs 4% (1),premature is 20% (5) vs 4% (1),cesarean section is 80% (20) vs 24%(6),postpartum hemorrhage is 16% (4) vs 4% (1) and macrosomia is 36% (9) vs 8%(2).There is significant differences between two groups( or ).The fetal distress 44%(11) and neonatal as
