【摘要】目的: 对34株多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的药敏结果和β内酰胺酶基因进行分析,以指导临床合理用药。方法: 用KB法对铜绿假单胞菌进行常规药敏试验,选取34株多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌,并用PCR扩增方法检测其β内酰胺酶基因:TEM,SHV,PER,VEB。结果: %~100%,%,%,%,PER为0%。结论: 我院多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌携带的β内酰胺酶基因以TEM为主。

[Abstract]Objective: To investigate drug resistance pattern and βlactamase genic of multidrugresistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, so as to provide reference for reasonable selection of antimicrobials. Methods: Antimicrobial susceptibility was evaluated by disk diffusion test(KB method). The βlactamase genes: TEM, SHV, VEB, PER carried on multidrug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected
by polymerase chain reaction method(PCR). Results: The resistant rates of 34 strains multidrug Pseudomonas aeruginosa to 12 kinds of antimicrobials were from % to 100%. The positive rate of βlactamase genes TEM, SHV, VEB, PER expression was %(15/34), %(4/34), %(2/34), and 0%. Conclusion: TEM type βlactamase was the main type of Pseudomonas aeruginosa gene in our hospital.
