【摘要】目的探索老年性股骨粗隆间骨折新型内固定的治疗方法。方法应用解剖型锁定钩板(anatomical type locked hookplate,ALHP)内固定系统治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者31 例。结果 31 例患者全部得到临床随访,随访时间8个月~2年,,%。结论 ALHP内固定系统设计合理,骨折复位优良,固定坚强稳定,保障早期功能锻炼,防止各种并发症的发生,极大地降低临床护理工作强度。

Abstract:Objective To explore a new typical internal fixation system for treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in aged 31 cases of intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with ALHP (Anatomical Type Locked Hookplate Internal Fixation System).Results All cases were got followedup from 8 months to 2 years and the average of time was one and a half to the Sanders points standard,excellent and good rate reaches %.Conclusion ALHP (Anatomical Type Locked Hookplate Internal Fixation System) has many advantages such as reasonable designed,excellent fracturerestored,strong fixation,early exercise,preventing plications and efficiently reducing clinical nurse works.

随着人口老龄化,因骨质疏松而导致老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的发生率逐年上升,且多数患者合并内科疾病[1],严重威胁老年患者的生命和生活质量。手术治疗可以显著降低死亡率已得到临床公认,但因老年患者骨质疏松的特点和内固定的不完善,术后失败率较高[2]。探索针对老年骨质特点的新型内固定系统是目前临床迫切需要解决的问题。为此,2006年以来我们自主设计解剖型锁定钩板(anatomical type locked hookplate,ALHP)内固定系统,经上海生物力学工程研究所力学试验后应用于临床,随访
