【摘要】目的分析应用GAMMA钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗效果。方法从2003年至2008年,对我院采用Gamma钉闭合复位内固定治疗的107例老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效进行回顾性总结与分析。结果随访时间为9个月至15个月,除1例出现股骨头切割与2例出现股骨干骨折外,其余104例均在6个月内骨折完全愈合,%。结论 GAMMA钉可应用于Evans各型的老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effects of using GAMMA nail for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures of the :107 elderly patients using GAMMA nail for closed reduction and internal fixation treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures from 2003 to 2008 were studied and analyzed :After 9 to 15 months follow-up,104 of the pletely healed within 6 months after operation,except 1 case of femoral head cutting and 2 cases pf femoral shaft :The GAMMA nail system can be used for the treatment of all Evans types of femoral intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly.

近年来,髋部骨折的发生率以每年1%~3%的速度增长[1],而股骨粗隆间骨折在老年人髋部骨折中最为常见。老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者骨折后长期卧床,可引起肺部感染、褥疮及泌尿系统感染等致命性并发症,死亡率可达20%[2]。因此,目前对老年人股骨粗隆间骨折采取手术治疗已被广泛接受。GAMMA钉因其固定力臂短、具有自动滑移装置、操作简单、手术创伤小、固定效果较好,已被广泛应用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术治疗。我院自2003年8月至2008年12月对107例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者行GAMMA钉闭合复位内固定治疗,效果满意。报告如下。
1 临床资料
107例股骨粗隆间骨折中男69例,女38例;年龄61~82 岁,平均73岁;右侧58例,左侧49例;受伤原因:车祸15例,跌倒78例,高处坠落14例;术前骨折依据改良E
