【摘要】目的比较AO微型钢板与克氏针内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果。方法以TAM系统评价法评价AO微型钢板内固定治疗组与克氏针内固定组的术后手指功能恢复,比较两组疗效、重返工作岗位时间、骨折愈合时间和并发症。结果两种内固定治疗方法结果的优良率相比差异有显著性(χ2=,P<);骨折愈合时间(t=,P<)、重返工作岗位时间(t=,P<),差异有高度显著性;在感染、畸形和关节僵硬等并发症方面差异有高度显著性(χ2=,P<)。结论从术后手指功能恢复的优良率、骨折愈合时间、重返工作岗位时间、并发症相比,AO微型钢板组的疗效明显优于克氏针组。

Abstract: Objective pare the clinical results of K-wires to AO mini-plates in treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures. Methods The total active movement (TAM) scales were used to evaluate the postoperative patients’ finger function in AO mini-plate internal fixation group and K-wires of curative effects,going back to work time,fracture healing time plication incidence between these two groups were performed.
