【摘要】目的: 研究白介素28B(IL28B)mRNA在小鼠肺纤维化模型中的表达,探讨其在肺纤维化发病过程中的意义。方法: 健康昆明种雄性小鼠72只,随机分成3组:对照组(生理盐水)、模型组(博莱霉素)和治疗组(博莱霉素+泼尼松),每组24只。第7,14,21,28天各组处死小鼠6只。无菌操作下取出小鼠肺组织,RTPCR检测IL28B的mRNA表达。结果: 第7,14,21天时,模型组IL28B的mRNA表达显著高于对照组(,,);其中模型组14天时,IL28B表达最高。第7,14,21天时,治疗组IL28B的mRNA表达显著低于模型组(,,)。结论: IL28B参与了肺纤维化的发生、发展过程,在肺纤维化的早期发挥了重要作用。
