【摘要】目的探讨模拟病人教学法在神经病学临床实践教学和考核中的应用价值。方法分别对两组学生采用模拟病人教学法和传统病例讨论法进行实验教学, 并采用模拟病人法对两组学生进行临床能力考核。结果实验组学生在与病人沟通能力、临床思维能力、团结协作能力、解决问题能力和学习兴趣的满意率均高于对照组, 差异有显著性(),临床能力测试中, 实验组的病史采集正确性、体检正确性和辅助检查正确性、诊断及处理正确性的平均得分显著高于对照组(), 实验室检查实验组与对照组得分差异无显著性()。结论模拟病人教学法能有效提高学生的临床技能, 并可作为评价学生临床能力的一种方法。
