【摘要】目的探讨NIHSS评分在脑出血患者并发症护理中的应用。方法对112例脑出血患者入院时行NIHSS评分,分为10分组和≥10分组,对NIHSS评分≥10分组重点给予并发症护理干预措施。结果 NIHSS评分10分组患者感染、应激性溃疡、吞咽困难发生率少于NIHSS评分≥10分组,差异有统计学意义()。结论对急性脑出血病人行NIHSS评分并予以分组,针对NIHSS评分≥10分组患者重点行预见性的防止并发症的护理干预措施,有利于促进护理资源的合理分配,减少患者并发症的发生,促进疾病转归和早日康复。

Abstract Objective To discuss the application of NIHSS score in nursing plications of the patients with cerebral 112 cases with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into 2 groups according to NIHSS scores made at admission: NIHSS10 group and NIHSS≥10 group, plication nursing intervention was applied to patients in NIHSS≥10 The occurrence of inflammation, stress ulcer and dysphagia in patients of NIHSS10 group was lower than that in patients of NIHSS≥10 group and the difference was of statistical significance ().Conclusions It is good for reasonable administration of nursing resource, the reduction plication occurrence and early recovery to apply NIHSS score to patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, to make group division according to the scores and to carry out foreseeable nursing intervention to avoid the occurrence plication in patients of NIHSS≥10.

脑出血发病急,病情重,病死率及致残率均高。为了提高危重病人的抢救成功率,我科针对入院的脑出血患者行神经功能缺损评分而提出预见性的护理程序,对可能出现的症状及并发症尽早采取措施,实行有计划
